I was looking through the source of the CI website and noticed these
<!—Candy comes in a wrapper—>
<div id=“wrapperWit”>
<!—Hard candy outer shell—>
<!—Gooey center—>
Gotta love a programmers sense of humor 😊

The EE source is full of stuff like this.
If so, we’ll celebrate wildly.
Smite Our Enemies: Advanced Conditionals
..in one giant loop o’ love
Let us hear it for the preservation of array keys!

I personally love this one
// If the target width/height match the source then it's pointless to crop, right?
// So if dynamic output isn't on, then we'll return true so the user thinks
// the process succeeded. It'll be our little secret…It’s in the image lib :p

I always do this as well. Not only is it fun while doing it, it’s also fun returning to the code. A programmer’s humor is definitely the best one around! :D

I do this in all the time in my code. Mainly to keep my self from going crazy. Its also really funny when you work in a team and from accost the room you hear someone bust out laughing. 😊

Derek, nice tutorials on the website, they were really helpful.

On one of the tutorials, i can’t remember which one, you wrote d_something instead of id_something which broke the redirect.

I try to get audience interaction in my screencasts and it doesn’t get much more interactive than getting the viewer to yell at their screen at a bonehead mistake! Honestly I have no memory if that was in the script or not.

I’ve always liked to put in the moment I figured something out in the comments. So you’ll get

Yups, humour sense. I love it. Some light in dark code.
