I have one member, me set as a Super Admin.  The system will not let me edit categories in the Publish or Edit area.

I looked at the online manual and it just seems that I should be able to assign this privilege but I can not see how to do it?

Seems like other sites I have set up, the Super Admins never needed to set privileges to edit comments on the Publish page??

Odd- you’re correct, you can’t really tweak the superadmins privileges.  The can do just about everything- and most definitely, edit categories. 

What build/version are you running?  It’s a new site- right?  Has this ever worked?  Have you imported any data- and do you have any extensions installed?

And if you go to ‘Admin- Members and Groups- Member Groups’ and hover over the edit link for superadmins, what group_id do you see in the url?  Lastly- if you ‘View Members’ and limit it to superadmins- you definitely show up in that group, correct?
