I’m trying to draw some posts from another one of our sites. Everything works just fine, except that any time I tried to link to the other site it doesn’t work. I’ve always used the title_permalink variable, but it is defaulting to the base URL of the current site, not the site that the post is pulled from.

Any ideas?

Yes, in the {exp:weblog:entries} tag.

That is expected behavior, Chris.  You will need to build the full links yourself, using something like {blog_url} instead of the path= variables.
