Finding Someone to Be my EE Guy/Girl

I have been working hard to launch a website using EE and finally have got it up and running. However, I am now stuck on a number of developments and really don’t have the time to manage this myself. I also have no previous web development/design experience, so it is no longer efficient for me to do the work.

What I am looking to find is someone who has the skills and time to help me out with various changes and tweaks to my site. As I don’t have too much development experience I am not sure how involved some of this stuff is, but I don’t think that it should be too difficult. I will also need some HTML/CSS work to be done on the site as it develops.

I know that there is a job board here, but many of the listings look much much larger than what I am interested in having done. I am willing to pay someone for their services. I have made posts on craigslist and received a mass of emails from developers, but none with EE experience. I was curious what luck people have had in the past in finding “hired helpers” to support their sites development/growth?

Any advice or tips would be more than appreciated!

    Thanks,

    KC
