Google plays is pretty close to the vest on their algorithms as to ranking, etc.
If you verify a site with them, and build a sitemap, you can influence some of their behavior, and they have tips on how to increase site value, etc.
You have looked over the webmaster tools, right?
They also have a SEO blog, etc.
Too much stuff out there really.

Thanks for the link. I did see those once when I initially signed up for a Google online mail account yonks ago but never properly looked into them. Will do that as soon as possible too 😉
