I need to build a site for a doctor’s office. It will be a simple site, only a few pages. The main purpose for the site will be to include a .pdf form that can be filled out online and submitted electronically. The patients will not print the form. The submission of the form has to be secure and HIPAA compliant. Is the site hosting that is offered on expression engine HIPAA compliant?
