I’m curious to know if anyone else is having problems logging into their EngineHosting account? Using Transmit or Coda returns a “Permission Denied” message.

Hey, Alan - I’d recommending contacting EngineHosting directly. Here is their support page.

Don’t know if this is related at all but there was a post a while back about people having the same error message. Might be related?

I got an instant reply from support which asked me to change the hostname from ftp01.pmhclients.com to ftp01.ehclients.com. That did the trick. 😊
Mark, thanks for the link to that thread. It looks like the same problem but with an assortment of solutions. Heh.
