Hello

Is it possible, to allow registered members of a site, to sign up to an event.

The way the events are currently set up, we have an ‘events’ weblog, and a template that lists out the upcoming events.

What we would like, is that at the bottom of each ‘events’ post, to have a ‘sign up’ button, that would then link that user with that event post. 

Is this something I can do with the built in EE tags, or should I hack on a custom bit of PHP work?

I a using the commercial version of EE 1.6.4 of that makes any difference.

how about if you use comments as “sign ups”?...just don’t show them under the weblog entry
just a thought…quick and dirty

Bit of a dirty hack.. but it could work, they are all attached to posts etc…
