Make sure you have the latest version of quicktime installed.

I tried it on my iPhone, the audio worked but I saw no video. I guess I can try upgrading QuickTime and see if it works then.

Haha! My main problem with youtube is that it compresses the bejesus out of your videos - so the quality is absoutlwy shocking.

There are a lot of other options out there. Revver is a good one - there is another website out there specifically for programmer screencasts (large resolutions, etc). Plenty of open source solutions you can download to either convert on your computer (and then upload) or convert live on your server.
Personally, I refuse to install Quicktime (one of the reasons I don’t use iTunes).

hehe, nowaday, thanks for sharing, i’m not gonna blame you for the export format or whatever, like we just read we are in age of whatever the format is, it’s good three week, then new one appear so..
