I had a few people ask me about a 3-column layout so I figured I would take the Shades of Gray freebie that I did a couple of weeks ago and break it up into a 3-column layout.
Also there was a line of code missing from the Shades of Gray css file that meant the header did not wrap around the navigation in IE. So if you downloaded that css file you may want to grab the updated copy. The link in the original post contains the new file.
