I’ve just discovered the joys of podcasts, ( I’m so Y2K ), and since I have a new fangled mobile phone thingy-bob, I was wondering if folks knew of some decent web design podcasts that I could stick on it?

I know of boagworld, which is great and quite funny, but I wondered if there were any more that focused around the following subjects:

    Visual design & layout
    Design principles
    Information Architecture
    Frameworks
    Freelancing tips etc.

    Does anyone have any faves?

    thanks guys

Thought I’d give this one a bump. Another one is the rissington podcast, which is ok but less informative than the boagworld one imo.

Does no-one else listen to p-p-p-podcasts then?

I’m an avid boagworld listener, so I hate Rissington 😛

The “Web Design TV” video podcast from .net magazine is quite good.

video podcasts eh? thats posh. I’m going to give it a whirl on my nokia, I can watch it whilst driving home tonight. On second thoughts, when I’m at home might be better. Thanks.

Yeah, the boagworld one is more of a show, whereas rissington is two blokes who like the sound of their own voices, and happen to occasionally throw a bit of web stuff in there 😊

I subscribed to both Rissington and Boagworld: they both seem like a handful of british people who talk a lot. Lots of noise, not a lot of signal. Maybe I’m spoiled by RadioLab, Planet Money, and This American Life.
