I run a music review magazine keep having this recurring thought to build something I know nothing about so I thought I’d toss it out in the EE community to see how I could do this.

1.) We post a Music Review into a Review Weblog category
2.) In each review entry, we key in the artist name

I would like to systematically generate an artist page based on the artist name keyword (if it’s not already been created prior).  What I want to do is create a new weblog section which would house information on artists (i.e. bio’s, photos, previous reviews).  This system would automatically generate some default information (Artist Name) and everything else would be blank.

I thought about going down the WIKI route to allow members to update the artist bios, etc as well?

Anyone have any ideas on how this might be accomplished?

You might want to look into Solspace’s tag module. Sounds like it could do the job.
