I’m trying to configure ping lists for each of the sites in my Multi-Site Manager, but they all seem to reflect the URL of the base installation site. Is there any way to configure this module for each of the sites installed in MSM?

RFMedia, I’m not seeing where this module is MSM aware. You could certainly make a Feature Request to do so.

Greetings, RFMedia - The Updated Sites module is not specifically MSM aware, however, I am not sure why you would need it to be. All you need to do is create a ping list for each site, then call that list on a template in the appropriate site using the updated modules tag, with the which= parameter, to limit it to that list.
If you switch between Sites and look at the Updated Sites module, you will note that the Ping URL changes to the one appropriate for that site.
