I don’t know if this is an EE thing or a FreeForm thing, but I have a form on a site using FreeForm and I have the notify=“email address” set up correctly. When we fill out the form, it goes to the thank you page, but the notification email never makes it to the email address in the notify variable.
The site is being hosted in house and the email server is not on the same box as the site. The server guy set up the email configuration in the Admin, but I’m not sure if it’s set up right. I’m just a designer, so when it comes to technical server stuff, it’s a little out of my element, but I told the server guy I’d ask about it.
