I have administrator account but after any changes on the web blog this web blog is close and didn’t allow to change to open. How to allow edit option to administrator…?

Make sure the weblog in question actually has a status group assigned to it. Default is non, but that only works for real Superadmins.

Does that mean you only want to create such a group? I though there was an existing “Administrator” group already. You might want to base this group on “Superadmins”, so most of the required permissions would be set already.
