Just dropped a pair of scissors on my laptop and broke the G key in a fashion in which it will no longer function…

Attempt to eat a really large peice of pork. Choking on pork is, indeed, the best way to die. According to Homer Simpson that is.

Obviously, I’m not on the computer with the jacked up keyboard.

On a related note - went and bought a wireless USB keyboard/mouse combo - so should be good…

I am sorry to hear that. If I break any keys off my keyboard it makes stops any progress I would be making. Its sort of a like an obsessive compulsive thing. If I don’t have all keys in the keyboard (regardless if I use them or not (I am looking at you F9 key)) then it bothers me so much that I cannot use the keyboard at all.

The F9 key thing is because in my years of working on computers I don’t think I have ever used the F9 key.

My Blackberry lost its “w” key a few days ago, it’s amazing how such a relatively small problem renders a whole expensive piece of technology totally worthless.

Being that you are in Kuwait, did you buy your Keyboard and Mouse at the local K-Mart?

    K-Mart

Kuwaiti Mart, yes - some guy on the side of the road - lol.

In other news, I learned this morning, the ‘m’ and the left arrow key are done for as well.

Are you kidding?  I use that key all the time!  (That’s the bag were I keep my Hearthstone, food and spells.)  😉

Oh wait - you said working on computers…  Never mind!  :red:

You broke three keys by dropping a pair of scissors?

That must be one seriously heavy pair of scissors.

Please do not point them at me.
