    Matt:

There you go!  Those are NASTY to track down, and they will wreak havoc…I’m sure the vast majority of people on the forum can say that they have spent hours beating their heads against their desk with broken layouts b/c of extra </div> tags!

    Looks good in IE…Nice work.

The MAIN thing is that you’re happy with the way your site looks in IE 6/7 Firefox & Safari (chances are if it looks good there, you’re not going to have other problems).  If you’re doing tables with this site, so be it…but I would suggest exploring css based layouts….and eventually learning enough so you can completely hand-code your site in a simple text-editor….I’m not saying to completely abandon tables in the future, but use them for tabular data!  =)

Or, if you feel comfortable with the way you’re doing it, and your site looks as good as it does now, keep on keeping on.  😉

    Congrats on self learning!  😊

Yes indeed—learning enough to build the site in/with CSS is definitely the next step. I tried a while back with another site, but I couldn’t get it to work properly. As soon as I launch this version of this site I’ll start figuring out CSS.

Thanks so much for all your help, encouragement, and kind words! I really appreciate it.
