    Hello Everyone,

I was originally with mediatemple.net but their loading time is considerably slow. So now I am in a mix of deciding between two different hosting companies to host my EE site. One is fused network and the other is engine hosting. What do you recommend? This site is going to be a portfolio/blog website.

    Thanks

I don’t know Fuse Network, but based on personal experience I have only good things to say about Enginehosting 😊

I’ve heard awesome things about EngineHosting, mostly from the folks here on the forums.  I don’t host there, but I did sign up for an account through Fused last week.  I’m running EE, and so far things are great and seem to be really speedy.  I did the monthly payment rather than paying for a full year upfront just to make sure I was fully satisfied before the official launch of the site.

If you do decide to go with fused they have a 25% off code which is posted on their community page.

Good luck with whatever you choose!

I’m on a dedicated box at Fused and so far I have to say the service has been fantastic. They really have gone above and beyond what should be expected based on my package, and the response times are speedy, speedy, speedy. MediaTemple? Pffft. That’s where I was before Fused, and have nothing good to say of their support. Other than ‘slow’, ‘vague’ and… well you get the picture.
