Does anyone know if it is possible to create an online questionnaire using EE? One of my clients mentioned that they might want one included on their site and I wondered if anyone had tried something like this.

Just code up a webform with the questions and use Freeform to process the answers. You can have them mailed to your user and gathered in the database for further analysis.
