    Ingmar,

Thank you very much.  It is rare for a company to reach out in the way you have and is a reason why I come back to EE time and time again.

I know this Internet stuff does not always make sense, but I had a question.  If that feature worked prior to the server move, and I copied the files and dbs and moved them over without changes, can you think of any ideas what might be the cause of this not working?

I am not looking for a specific solution but rather some idea as to how something could just stop working like that.

I am happy it’s working for you. And while we pride ourselves for offering excellent support, this probably was a bit beyond what we normally can offer 😊

Different server configuration, different file paths, a different version of PHP, or MySQL… really, there are any number of things. At this point I can’t even speculate.

Ok, thank you very much!  I don’t expect this level of customer service, but in this Internet age it what puts certain companies on top. 😊

Why would you want to do that? If there is certain information that you don’t want to be public, we can edit that out.

That would be great.  Any references to allthing or allthings or the website.  I went through my posts and edited them.  I will edit this one after you have had a chance to see it.

koi, I have changed you domain name to the generic example.com. May we consider this issue solved?
