It looks like I’ll be buying at least 5 copies of EE over the next few months - will the Volume Discounts pricing still apply with v2? So, if for example I buy the current version this week, another one next week, and two copies of version 2 in the autumn will I still receive 10% off the 4th copy?

Is the discount based on number of copies bought in a year, or simply based on the individuals purchases?

Is (in the example of the 3+ copies) the 10% taken off the 4th, 5th and 6th copies?

We’re happy with how the current plan works and its certainly well received by the community. I can guarantee that there will continue to be a Volume Discount Program with version 2, I can’t guarantee it won’t change in some fashion. If a change is made it would certainly take into consideration a person’s current discount level.

Currently the discount is determined by the number of eligible items purchased on the same ExpressionEngine.com account. There is no time restriction on it.

The 10% discount applies to purchases 3, 4, and 5. Your 6th purchase would receive a 15% discount under the current plan.
