    I am running into this same issue. ‘display_errors’ is enabled per your test, Derek. I have double- and triple-checked the permissions, and tried all the “PHP as CGI” workarounds, even though I’m pretty sure my host uses PHP as a module. I have also gone through the older thread for any possible solutions there. Nothing seems to have worked.

    Red, can you first run the server wizard and report back with the results?  If it passes, then we can investigate more closely.

    Derek,

    Thanks for your quick reply. That would do it. Appears that the server doesn’t have MySQL support in PHP. I’ll get in touch with the host and see what we can figure out. Thanks again!
