OK - now I get the content of Sues Site after I clicked submit. But the tb wasn´t sent.

Sue, unfortunately not.
The problem isn´t due to existing htaccess files. We checked that.
Dont have time to go through the php-codeing at the moment.

Just doing some housekeeping.  This one still giving folks trouble or are we good to close it out?

I’m just not seeing anything in the response- would expect a number at the end- 0 for success.

Are you still running on 1.6.3?  At this point, I’d upgrade to eliminate any possibilities there.  See if that makes a difference.  If not, I’m wondering if something server side isn’t letting the response through.  On the flip side, if fsockopen fails, the error message should be different.  Though might be worth editing around line 246

Remove the @ before fsockopen.  But I’d upgrade first.  And when you test, make sure you have a field assigned to the tb’s and put some content in it.  Shouldn’t trigger an error w/out it, but add it just to be sure.

We found the solution:
Once we added “/trackback” at the end of the TB-URL it works - like in Wordpress.
This way we could also manage to send a TB to Sues Site.

(Eventhough some TB-Urls seem to work without that additional part.)
