Hi guys, I have a feeling the answer is yes, but I’m trying to figure out if a commercial license is needed for my bands website. We are a nationally signed band that is selling cd’s through outside sites. We also have a link to our own “merch page” which is on another server, and not using EE.
Again, I have a feeling it’s a yes, but wanted to double check before I spent the money. The site is here

You can see the guidelines in this kb entry - the answer here would be that the site is to support your band’s business, so yes, a commercial license would be needed.
