The accompanying PDF is way too basic for even a noob EE designer. Nevertheless it has helped a number of my less experienced end-users when they became involved with beta testing - not to mention the hair pulling it saved me.

Posted here in case somebody else finds it useful.

Jumping on and ridiculing of errors therein by forum users will be taken as compliments.

Very nice read. Should help out a lot of people I would think.

I think that you may have spelt Windoze incorrectly though?

Oops looks like I did it too!! 😉

Just as a quick point, you are probably aware of this but on a Mac if you want to open up a new tab (in Safari - works in Firefox too I think although I do have a few add-ons with Firefox that may be enabling this feature) but you don’t want to go there just yet so say if you had twenty links on a page and want to check them all but don’t want to command click on each one and then go back to the first tab (Sheesh that was a long sentence) then you can hold down Command+Shift and it will open the link in a new tab but not go directly to it so if you have your preferences in Safari set up so that new tabs are selected when they are created then holding down the shift key by-passes this behaviour. I use this all the time and it is very very handy.

Nice little write up though so well done.

And do you really think that we would ridicule in here? Never!!! 😉
Although there are a few geeks that I would love to gobsmack or should that be smack in the…??? 😉 well you get the point I think!!

    Best wishes,
