I’ve just finished a primary site and am now porting off a MSM site that is hevily based on the primary.
I was just wondering how people tend to work with the templates for MSM.
Granted i’ll be using a lot of embeds from the main site - {embed="sitea:include/header"}
Put in terms of the themes path in System Prefs and the path for the templates files - do people tend to keep these all in the same place as the original site and prefix any custom templates with the site name? Or do people make a themes and templates folder on the MSM spin off site and store any custom info there?
Or are people using conditionals to serve up info for sitea/siteb based on URLS and tend to have a more central group of templates that deal with both sites.
