You can’t use the database that you used find and replace on, you need to use a fresh import that you have not used find and replace on.

Lisa, it didn’t work. I checked my source and the problem is with the images path. The images path are to .dev/images/uploads as opposed to the .com address. I will start a new thread. Thank you!

I just wanted to chip in here with a note about the problem I encountered when moving my local dev site onto the hosted server, because I also got a blank white screen instead of the control panel login. It turned out that my server was only on PHP4 and I need PHP5 for some of the extensions I have installed. I discovered this by going into the config file and setting $conf[‘allow_extensions’] to “n” - basically disabling all extensions - and I was able to login to the control panel fine (without seeing any styles, but I’m using Deeploy helper so that made it quick and easy to switch over all the filepaths).
