Communicate Blockage

    Has anyone come across a problem sending email via communicate? I tried with Text and HTML, using different From: address and To: addresses. The email, regardless of format or sender, is going through to my gmail account, but is being blocked by my company’s corporate spam filter. They are unable to tell me why it’s being blocked. They say it may have something to do with Scriptmail or Relaymail.

    Even when I select “super admins”—a group that has opted into receiving emails—the email is blocked.

    I can’t understand why the email is being blocked, if I have explicitly given my approval to receiving it. Has anyone else run into this problem?

    Should I consider a different email program, instead of the Communicate module? If I am less than 100% certain that the message is going to get through, then I guess I should consider other alternatives, right?

    I appreciate any feedback.

    mikegibb, if you want to send me your company email, I can send several messages from several different communicate tabs. To see if something is just getting caught. That way you can go back to your IT team with more info.
