So I would feel too !!!
How would you do in case of DDos attack or server loads problems, or whatever stuff like that if you don’t know about command line and SSH ?

I don’t want this to turn into someone getting slated on the forums. I’m going to edit my post and remove what i said. You going to join me elitemedia?

Why remove what you said ? Why should I do too ?
We are disussing, this is public, I don’t want to offense nobody, but it’s good to open the eyes of Wackywebs on the importance of knowing basic hosting things since he host websites for other people, what do you think ?

Just to clear this up, I don’t use ssh, myself, but I do allow my clients to use it on my servers. The reason im interested in mosso is because I have a project that is likely to require many technologies and is also likely to have many hits. I no mosso don’t offer ssh, and as I will be the only one using the account, so this does not bother me.
I will not be reselling mosso to my clients, until they, mosso, implement a away of automatic sign ups. thanks all for your info on ssh, but from now on can I just have info on people’s findings, or usages of mosso.

How does this work: you already own 90 servers and you will be reselling mosso to your customers… x_X?

No SSH.
I Noticed that, but I am not to sure how to use it, so it is not a major thing for me in terms of hosting.
Thanks for the help so far.
I find it seriously suspect that you offer Linux hosting and are unfamiliar with CLI. You may not want to publicize that. Just saying.

I find it a bit nervy you let your clients use SSH, but don’t yourself. Set yourself up a Debian virtual machine and set up it to connect to the local network, then you can test SSH and see how it works.
SSH has many different uses, you can transfer files over SSH which is the most secure way of uploading your files to the server. FTP is not a safe option if you run a commerical website.
