We’ve purchased the commercial version and I’ve installed the software once.  Is it possible to run it on multiple load balanced servers, i.e. with the php pages on the front end servers, all of which point to a single back end server running mysql?

Also, in doing such what are the licensing implications?

    Thanks.

I’m going to shift this up to ‘General Discussion’ as server setup isn’t really an EE tech support question.  Bu the short answer is- EE will run fine on load balanced servers using a single install (thus a single license) and under the care of a good server admin.  EngineHosting runs a load balanced config- and Nevin is the server guru.  If you search on his name- you’ll find him chiming in on the issue a number of times- here’s a good example that covers most of your questions (I think!).

    Make sense?

Thanks.  Yes, this makes sense, I was just curious if you supported it.
