seriously, pay the extra and get the 24”.

    !EEK!
Too late stinhambo, already got it!
Also got a 500Gig Western Digital MyBook for backing up precious moments of our little girl (7 months old & 20+ gigs of photos and videos, ahaha!).

I know I could have, should have, and would have ... but too late now.
Atleast I look at it this way, I would be worse off if I had tried to rebuild my dying XP desktop and gone the route of Microsoft.

I totally LOVE my iMac, and it’s barely been a week!!!

Okay now that the new MBP’s are out, I’m seriously considering one. Of course, I’m hung up on the whole “what’s next” thing.

I bought a PowerMac G5 with the thought they wouldn’t go intel for a year, then it happened early and now I’m stuck. I feel like I’m going to get this, and then at WWDC or something they’ll do a whole revamp of the line and I’ll be screwed again.

I know… just get it when I need it right? There’s always something better coming along 😊

Historically, now would be the time to buy a MBP.

I’m not a developer, but I really like my MacBook Air. It’s Good Enoughâ„¢ to work on, and light enough that I don’t begrudge carrying it anywhere. And the keyboard is the best ever.

On the desktop, the 24” iMac is the way to go.

then do what i did and buy a refurbished mbp from apple. saved over $600 on a machine that’s still a screamer.

I was really tempted to get a new MBP as I love my current one quite a bit. But instead I opted to upgrade the HD and wait it out one more release cycle.
