I wouldn’t have given them 5 minutes, let alone 24 hours or even x days. I would have contacted the host yesterday. Good luck!

If I were in your shoes I’d be on the ISP to drop the site. File the DMCA form, it can’t hurt, even though the site is in Canada. You can even petition the .ca domain administrator. If it comes down to it, set up a task that runs daily or more often to email the ISP a request to take down the site. If they are hot-linking to your site, alter the images that they are linking to such that there is some data embedded in the image that proves it’s coming from your site. JPEG EXIF would do it, of if you are more devious embed a message using steganography. As long as you keep finding your material on the site send them messages. You can even automate this so your computer checks for you and sends the messages automatically for you.

Holy crap, I didn’t even think to look. They are using the images straight off your site. Right click on the header and select view image.

Actually the hosting company, based on the DNS server domains, has contact information listed for US and Canadian offices, so would well be worth filing the DMCA.

It’s even funnier than that: the “Mobile Case studies ” link goes directly back to the BlueCherryZing site. Man, what a bunch of losers 😊

I’d be quite tempted to take matters into my own hands and jack that other site up by fixing up my site with new image links and then destroying theirs with some well-themed imagery based on those hotlinks.
At the end of the day though, that would be a minor frustration to them. I’d say getting their host to take some action is the best option at this point.
