I am trying to find a php script that has the following features:
1. Shows a contact form
2. The user fills the required fields and sends the message
3. Auto respond and send the mail to me
4. Add users data and message to a database
5. Send newsletters and manage users
And of course written in php, MySQL
does any one has found something similar?

phplist is an open-source newsletter manager. phplist is free to download, install and use, and is easy to integrate with any website.

PHP isn’t bad if you know what you’re doing. It takes a heck of a lot of configuration in my opinion to get working properly. The built-in throttling is the best benefit since it makes it easy to use in shared hosting environments with sending limits.
Again, you need to know what you’re doing to use it well.
If this is something for a client I would point them towards Mailbuild or something similar. Its easy to have the form dump the email etc into their system as well.

I found this one formtools.org. Has anyone used it?
