It appears from looking at the source code of http://www.expressionengine.com that you are using at least some jQuery. Is there a lot of jQuery going on in the system, limited, or very little? Just curious as to the level of jQuery and what version the system might be using.

In the version you download, there is not any particular library used. You are free to use any libraries you want for your public site. =)
