Maybe I am an idiot, but I don’t see anything at:

That warns a person to also reinstall the multiple site manager files in the replaced directories.
That’s 10 minutes I’ll never get back. 😊
Seriously, thought someone had hacked my site since it wouldn’t take my password.
All is well though after I reuploaded the MSM files.

That is covered under the “back-up Addons” section, expansions are included there. Not all EE installations have the MSM - any time you have extra addons, it is important to consider them in the upgrade process.

Makes sense, and no damage done. Just took me a bit to figure out what I had done.
