For anyone who provides training or documentation to clients, ScreenSteps is a pretty useful app I just ran across. I had been creating screencasts for clients, but I found I was repeating myself for each client. ScreenSteps isn’t as flashy, but it’s far easier to reuse/recycle and update old lessons. Works on Mac and Windows, and a single user license covers installation on both platforms.
