Is this the right place?  If not please guide me there.  As I’m seriously considering ExpressionEngine, I saw that you get 20% off if you are hosted with EngineHosting.  I like how you can easily upgrade to a variety of hosting options.  Does the discount come with even the lowest plan?  How do I purchase both (or do I sign up for hosting first) to get that discount (I’m still gathering info but I’m leaning towards EE)?

Also, I heard someone say a few months ago you don’t get much control or access over your site and that you have to open a support ticket to get databases created, etc.  Is this true?  If you DO get complete control with a certain package, what is the lowest package you can buy to acquire that power?  I haven’t found a reliable host and EngineHosting appears fantastic and if I could get that bundled with the software…this package may be too convenient to pass up.  If only there were easy IPB integration and user blogs it would be perfect…but perhaps I can get IPB blogs, or perhaps forego the blogs and just use the EE boards…sorry that I’m kind of rambling to myself.  I’m excited yet indecisive!  Thanks again.
