My personal recommendation for a Web developer would be to try a Mac running OS X and Parallels.
Me all the way, coming from 10+ years on a PC to 1 year on a Macbook. I find less need for parallels as time goes by. I only use it for site testing nowadays.
One thing that still baffles me about my Macbook, is the lack of # and Del keys. Alt+3 & Fn+Backspace is an oddity. I could have lived without one of the shift keys tbh.
One day I might be in a position to afford a MBPro, do they have the extra keys?

I couldn’t really see clearly, but I found one on google images. You’ve got a # key instead of a £ key on mine. Maybe its US/UK keyboard differences. I also notice you have a ‘delete’ key, not a backspace.
PS Is that a squashed fly on the Apple key?:)
