Just want to ask anybody out there if they have done any work connecting their website to the Sage accounting software?
I have a project coming up this summer where a company needs a full custom built e-commerce site which gets its information from their office accounting software (sage). I know you need a third party App to do this since Sage doesn’t release the API for it.
So has anyone done it?
Also If I have a control panel system I have made my self and would like to use for several websites, would it be wise to make the code public (to help the community)? I’m just a bit worried someone may find a bug/flaw and use it to damage websites I have used it on. Which could have several bad implications.
OR would it be ok since bugs and problems may be found, thus improving the control panel?
