for some reason, the index.php translates into the following code:
URL /MySite/S=026817fad432c978786566898821a0b62c856097/main/images/
What could be the cause?

Are you set to use Sessions only? That’s what it looks like.

Hello Sue,
what do you mean by Sessions only? If you mean the Security and Session preferences, it is set to Cookies and Session ID both for the cp and user.

Set both settings to Cookies only and see if that helps.
