Take control you decide how comfortable you choose to be.

What I just discovered recently is how beneficial it is to be relaxed while your working when I bought a heated vibrating body mat. It vibrates my whole body from my neck down to my feet. Think about it the vibrations are causing blood flow and releasing stress . I don’t get that feeling of my neck pressing against something or a neck ache as much it makes giving birth to code in bed a lot more bearable.

every 45 minuets get up and walk for a minuet then return stretching induces mental stimulation so do it don’t just sit there for hours stretching and vibrating helps

Now if I had a few grand I would by a nice vibrating massage chair and a really light x61 for my lap , but I don’t so my vibrating mat is just as good as that. Just imagine working from one of those really comfortable reclining massage chairs all day and getting paid.

I am jealous I want to own a massage chair that reclines does any one out there work from a chair that vibrates which one you got and how does it feel how much money is it

Comfortable?  I didn’t even get dressed today.  Does that count?

I think it does, however I find that distracting. Actually my wife does 😊. However playing music can be very good for focusing on work. Sometimes I play Acoustic Alchemy, sometimes some of GOA cd’s I have (usually when I need to push things a bit). These things help me.

Agreed, boxer coding is where its all at. Just used the company money to buy myself a massive new desk and a sweet leather spiny chair… that combined with the lazyness that comes with wandering around undressed makes me code damn fast!

Now… if only the builders outside my window would stop stairing in… THAT puts me off a little…

I second the vote for boxer dev. 😊

workrave has also been a lifesaver when I get into the zone and forget to walk/stretch and occasional use of the iSqueez doesn’t hurt either.
