To much studying is a weariness of the flesh.

ever notice how many web programming languages there are and they all do pretty much the same freaking thing interact with a relational databases and display results into the web browser there is no freaking end

To the making of many books about web programming there is no end, and much devotion [to them] is wearisome to the flesh.  Like how much time would it take to become proficient at them all is it worth the effort? You got to watch so many videos or read so many books and your still not a pro untill you stop studying and start using it every day.

Like I read the manual for CI at work for like the whole day then when I got home and sat down to build something I was like how do I do that again, so I had to open my browser come hear and re read the manual.

Then after about a month I forgot what I just did then I had to relearn it? So the moral of the story is if there is a moral it is stop studying close the book and start applying what you know that’s the only way your going to get good at it I guess.

ever procrastinate when it comes to starting a project I am doing that right now like I should be installing EE and CI and Drawing up my database plans and designing my project but instead I am goofing around here. I get paid tomorrow that is when I am going to update my license for EE i can’t wait to take 1.6 for a spin maybe that will motivate me to start applying my self I hope

    Later!

Yeah definitely, i don’t learn anything new until i have a new project. Whenever i take on a new project, i try to use new technologies and projects with it…i can’t just read a book and learn.
