Can you recommend a shopping cart that will work well and seamlessly with EE?

I’m in development on a site using ClickCartPro.  There are things that I really like about it.  Most importantly, the output is clean and easily customizable.  Actually, the only real complaint I have about it is the backend needs some serious Information Architecture help.  The backend is clean, but the structure is frustrating.

It has a remote API that allows you to submit orders from outside the shopping cart.  So, using EE, you could manage your product and informational pages and actually setup forms that submit orders to CCP.  Not perfect, but works pretty nice.

I can’t- but there are a number of threads where it’s been discussed.  A search for ‘shopping cart’ will turn up a lot of reading material- this is one of the better threads on the topic.  EE’s very flexible, so there are a lot of ways to approach it.
