In my experience, maintaining navigation only at the bottom of a page is too tricky to do right, because of the vast differences in screen resolutions and browser interpretations of CSS. If it’s just stuck at the bottom of the page’s content, you run the risk of it not being seen by your users with small windows. If try to do some nice CSS or JavaScript tricks to make it stick to the bottom of the window, no matter where the user scrolls, you run into all sorts of cross-browser challenges.
Otherwise, looks good! I’m a big fan of narrow sans-serif typefaces.
