I noticed that this website is extremely slow. Sometime a page would not load at all. Is this because of ee or the host?

Do you mean right now, Jim? The site is loading instantly for me, and I’ve been refreshing non-stop, pretty much all day.
Are you able to perform a traceroute to the server and post what it says?

I’m using Safari, not sure if that is a factor. It’s been slow the past few minutes. Took 1 minute or so for me to post the original question.

I, too, am on Safari. Were you able to run a traceroute? On OSX, to do so, just go to the terminal and type traceroute expressionengine.com, then you can just post the results. Thank you!
