Are there any books written on EE?

To guide someone (such as myself who is computer literate but new to the world of CMS), tutorial style on getting started with EE. I’m old-school and really prefer to sit down in a comfy chair and read a good book. My search attempts on amazon for hardcopy has been pretty much fruitless. The only thing I have found is one chapter in: “Blog Design Solutions”.

And if there are no books, do you have any recommendations for on-line tutorials?

And are there any new books in the works?

I haven’t found any books either and am learning this as I go. I’ve selected EE for a client site CMS and love it so far. The site I’m building is not a blog, but a corporate web site… so things are a bit different than most implementations.
