I’m pretty sure it’s not possible to assign custom profile fields to a specific member group…
But i’ve heard prople mention is it possible to fake this using a weblog. Can anyone explain how to do this? Do you have to manually associate a weblog field with user id?
And how does the user go about editing/viewing this data since i assume it can’t be linked from their normal profile control panel?

I’m going to bump this, hoping someone who has done this see it.
So for example i want to create a staff page and it would be nice to assign categories to specific members, or have custom fields etc.
