Couple of points I could use some guidance on:
1. This Wiki entry http://expressionengine.com/wiki/Google_Sitemaps_continued/ suggests I need to use a work around to get my sitemap verified. I submitted my sitemap to Google without this and it seemed to work fine and has been verified ok. Am I missing something by not implementing this work around.
2. Now that I have submitted my sitemap to Google and put a link to the sitemap file on the site, does this get crawled automatically when new pages appear, along with the rest of the site. Google suggests setting up a recurring script or http request. Do have to do this for the sitemap outlined in the EE Wiki entry?
Any help would be greatly appreciated…
