    Not sure which forum to post this in, so I’ll put it in here.

    When I log in, and check out my options to download, I see that I can renew my previous licenses.  Nice.  I go to do this and just before hitting accept I notice that I’m renewing from 2005-2006.  As in as soon as I pay, I’ll be outdated 😊

    Is this working as intended?  Do I need to buy up through the years to get a current license?  Or is it a bug of sorts that you didn’t anticipate when setting the renewal up?

    cheers

    Odd- but no, if you renew, the updated renewal starts at the point you renew (unless you’re renewing early- which isn’t the case).  But- I’m going to give the sales crew a ‘heads up’ on the thread, because it sounds like the process may be a bit confusing.  Let’s see what’s up.

    just those dates is what I’m curious about.

    I thought it would be as you pointed out, but the images say differently 😊

    Hi Torn,

    The Expires column is exactly what it says. That’s when your current Download Account for that license expires. It is not the date when it “will expire” if you renew. Its also not the date the renewal will start from.

    rgr, time to renew it would seem, well once I get a template worked out.

    thanks =)
