Me gets a blank page when I try to link to the discussion forum page. Just installed my discussion forum module after reinstalling EE 1.6 .
Not really sure what the problem is—I’m almost certain that I followed the instructions correctly. There’s not a lot of rocket science to the installation instructions—hope I’m setting myself up to look stupid…
Help please…

It is. I have found a way past the EE blank screen problem—reinstallation.
Now I want to get the forum back in working order.
Deinstall/Reinstall is not the answer, apparently…

Guess what???
Actually got inspired to do a forum search and read up on similar issues. Lo and behold, someone had the same problem as I that got resolved.
Looked at my situation—exact same issue!! Applied the suggested remedy and, like magic, I have a discussion forum again!!!
Just thought I’d mention that…

Insufficient PHP memory. Had 8mb allocated…bumped it up to 32mb, and voilla—the discussion forum appears!!!
